高校图书馆的多元化需求主要包括现阶段的学科建设、升学就业、自助服务等多方面的需求。面对多元化需求,作为文献信息中心的高校图书馆该如何进行科学合理、动态地配置最佳馆藏资源是当今首先面临的重要问题。以河北农业大学图书馆为例,分别从学科专业设置、就业信息服务以及自助借还服务三个方面探讨了高校馆藏建设问题,为今后更好地推行人本管理、构建优质馆藏提供科学依据。

The reader diversified demand of university library mainly includes subject construction .student employment and self- help services etc. demand. Facing the diversified demand, as the literature information center of university library how to carry out scientific and reasonable, and dynamically configure the best collection resources is the first important problem facing today. Based on the library of hebei agricultural university as an example, respectively from the set of disciplines, the employment information service, and three aspects discusses the self-help circulation service in college library collection construction, for the better in the future to provide scientific basis for the implementation of humanistic management, building high quality collection.
