新农村信息化建设的目标是提高和完善农村居民生产和生活质量,它是推进国民经济和社会信息化的关键,在工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化"四化"同步协调发展中起着综合提升的作用。经过近二十年的建设,我国新农村信息化建设取得了可喜的成绩,但在认识、人才、设施、资源、服务等方面还存在着一些暂时性的障碍性问题。因此,只有直面认真研究对策,并兢慎进行实践,才能达成新农村信息化目标的实现。

The goal of the new rural informatization construction is to improve and perfect the quality of farmersI life and work, and it is the key to promote the economic and social informatization, and plays an integrated role in enhancing the synchronous and coordinative development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. The remarkable achievements have been obtained in our new rural informatization construction during nearly 20 years, but there still exist some temporary problems such as knowledge, talents, facilities, resources and services, etc. Therefore, the development objectives of the new rural informatization could be achieved by careful studying on the countermeasures and practice.
