摘要
柯布—道格拉斯生产函数模型和基于韩国经验的"九要素国家竞争力模型"实证研究了人力资源对区域经济建设的重要意义,中原经济区建设从战略上为河南省人力资源整体提升带来良好的发展机会但中原经济区建设中的承接专业转移和产业升级也对中原经济区人力资源带来威胁;当然河南省原有的人力资源优势也可以很好的服务中原经济区建设但其劣势也不利于中原经济区建设,因此,河南省人力资源开发对策成为中原经济区建设中重要的课题之一。
The significance of human resources for regional economic development has been studied in Cobb-Douglas production function model and nine factors model of national competitiveness based on the experience of Korea. The Central Plains Economic Zone Construction brings great opportunity for the development of human resources in Henan province, but also brings threat to the human resources development during the process of industrial transfer and industrial upgrading. For the human resources of Henan province, its original advantages can also service the Central Plains Economic Zone Construction, but it also faces obvious disadvantages. Therefore, the human resource development strategies in Henan province become an important subject in the Central Plains Economic Zone Construction.
