基于中原经济区建设的河南省人力资源的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Human Resources in Henan Province Based on the Central Plains Economic Zone Construction

The Central Plains Economic Zone Construction brings great opportunity for the development of human resources in Henan province, but also brings threat to the human resources development during the process of industrial transfer and industrial upgrading. For the human resources of Henan province, its original advantages can also service the Central Plains Economic Zone Construction, but it also faces obvious disadvantages. Therefore, the human resource development strategies in Henan province become an important subject in the Central Plains Economic Zone Construction.
