个性化学习是当前国内外成人教育思潮的主流,并日益受到教育者的重视。为有效保证成人个性化学习的学习质量,本文基于因材施教、按需施教的原则,对个性化学习支持服务的途径和方法进行了积极的探索和实践,以期帮助成人学员走出学习误区,同时为成人教育的研究者提供有益的参考。

Personalized learning is the mainstream of adult education trend at home and abroad currently, and it gets more attention by educators increasingly. In order to guarantee the learning quality of adult personalized learning effectively, the ways and methods of adult personalized learning support services are explored and practiced based on the principles of teaching students according to their aptitude and need in this paper. The aim is expected to help adult students out of learning mistakes and provide beneficial reference for adult education research.
