摘要
通过对德国被动式住宅建筑的考察,总结了被动式居住建筑节能技术的特点,阐述了我国居住建筑节能的研究现状,提出了被动式节能技术对我国严寒地区居住建筑在节能方面的启示。
Based on the investigation to the passive residential buildings in Germany, the authors summarize the characteristics of energy-saving technology of the passive residential buildings,indicate the status of re- search on residential buildings in China,and put forward some implications on passive energy-saving tech- nology to energy-saving residential buildings in the cold region of China.
