组织社会学视角下的官僚主义及其防治路径

Bureaucracy and its control path in perspective of organizational sociology

研究发现,官僚主义根源于官僚制,是随着科层组织产生而产生的。官僚主义的发展与组织规模、组织演化的不同阶段、组织本身的地位等因素有关。通过简政放权、管理方式变革等方式,官僚主义是可以得到有效遏制的,但是与官僚主义的斗争将是长期的和复杂的。

The research shows that bureaucratic system is the origin of the bureaucracy. Bureaucracy has produced with the hierarchical organization. The development of bureaucracy is related to the factors of organization scale and different stages of organization evolution, position of organization itself and so on. Bureaucracy can be contained by a series of methods, such as simplifying politics and transfer power to the lower levels, and management system re- form, but this will be long-term and complex to struggle with bureaucracy.
