Effective implementation of ideological and political education under the multicultural background

对多元文化背景下的思想政治教育实施的有效性进行了分析。从多元文化背景出发,探讨了阻碍思想政治教育有效实施的障碍。文章以障碍为切入点,从思想政治教育本身和多元文化的影响两个方面分析造成障碍的原因,并由此提出了在进一步构建完善理论体系的基础上,更加正确、客观、理性地认识多元文化对思想政治教育的影响的相关建议。

This paper analyzes the effectiveness of the implementation of the ideological and political education under the multicultural environment. From a multieultural background ,it discusses the obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the implementation of the ideological and political education. Taking obstacles as the starting point,this article discusses the reason that caused the obstacles from two parts that ideological and political education itself and multicultural analysis of the impact. For that reason, there are suggestions that understanding multicultural influence on ideological and political education with more correctly ,objective ,rational attitude which based on improving the theoretical system.
