摘要
从教师提高自身人格素养、不断教学创新、关注学生情感、积极评价激励学生四个方面探讨外语教师对创设积极教学环境中的作用。为创设积极的外语教学环境,教师的作用应引起重视。教师不仅在培养学生学习外语技能方面,也在提高学生综合素质方面起到积极作用。
This article discusses how to create a positive learning environment for students on aspects of improving teacher's dispositions, creativity in instruction, awareness of student's emotion in learning, and effective assessment for stronger students' motivation. Importance should be attached to both teachers' covert and overt impact on students in creating positive learning environment. Teacher plays a critical role in improve students' comprehensive quality as well as in developing their learning ability.
