This article discusses how to create a positive learning environment for students on aspects of improving teacher＇s dispositions, creativity in instruction, awareness of student＇s emotion in learning, and effective assessment for stronger students＇ motivation. Importance should be attached to both teachers＇ covert and overt impact on students in creating positive learning environment. Teacher plays a critical role in improve students＇ comprehensive quality as well as in developing their learning ability.
