《宋诗别裁集》编者姚培谦交游考补

Yao Peiqian——Editor of The Selected Poems of the Song Dynasty

姚培谦出身金山望族,家富藏书,尚风雅,广交游,又喜读书治学,对《宋诗别裁集》的成书贡献巨大。笔者曾考证出姚氏相与交游者三十一人①,后继续爬梳相关文献,于本文新考出相与交游者十九人。此五十人中,以江南人士居多,这与江南文人酷嗜雅集唱酬、切磋诗艺的传统有关。此外,相交者中半为诗人学者,多主张以经史为本,务实黜虚,这对《宋诗别裁集》批评理念的形成有一定的影响。

Born into a notable family and great clan with a large collection of books, Yao Peiqian grew up as a noble, gregarious and diligent man who did marvelous contributions to the completion of The Selected Poems of the Song Dynasty. In this paper, 31 people were found to have had the friendship with Yao and upon further probing, 19 more were tracked down. Among these fifty people, most were from the regions south of the Yangtze River, due to the fact that they usually evinced great zest in discussing, debating and exchanging poems. Besides, half of them were scholars and poets who advocated a classics-oriented and a practical and modest approach, which exerted some influence on the formation of the critical concept in The Selected Poems of the Song Dynasty.
