摘要
为了解决原结构橡胶弹簧在工程机械车辆橡胶悬架上应用时出现橡胶开裂的问题,以期在保证橡胶悬架承载性能基础上有效的提高橡胶弹簧的抗拉性能。本文基于非线性有限元法,通过改进骨架结构和橡胶配方的方式,应用原结构橡胶弹簧试验和非线性有限元分析对比以及原结构橡胶弹簧和新型橡胶弹簧非线性有限元分析对比的手段,对一种新型橡胶弹簧做改进设计研究。
In order to solve the rubber cracking problem arising when the original rubber spring of the rubber suspension is applied in the engineering machinery and ensure the effective tensile properties of the rubber spring, this paper, based on the nonlinear finite element analysis, improves the design of a new-type rubber spring through improving the skeletal structure and the rubber formula and analyzing and comparing the original rubber spring test with the nonlinear finite element as well as the original rubber spring with the nonlinear finite element of the new-type rubber spring.
