南阳市非金属矿业发展总体思路与构想

GENERAL THINKING ANG CONCEPTION OF THE MINING DEVELOPMENT OF NONMETAL IN NANYANG CITY

南阳市非金属矿产资源的总体特点为 :矿种多、优势强。其开发现状为 :层次低、潜力大。区内开发条件优越 ,市场前景广阔 ,是发展规模化、集团化高效矿业的理想之地。为此特提出未来发展的总体思路是 :立足资源、开拓市场、以人为本、科技兴矿 ;总体构想是 :重点突破、辐射带动、区带联网、立体开发。并据此初步筛选出十大重点项目、八大行业基地 ,各基地优势互补、整体推进 ,进而形成国内驰名的大型非金属综合开发基地。

The general characteristics of nonmetal mineral resources in Nanyang City are the diversification of commodity and more dominant commodities,but its present condition of developing is the low level and has the big potentialities.Owing to the advantageous developing condition and wide market prospects in both sides of the area,this area is a ideal place to develop the high beneficial mining with vast scale and form of group.The author has put forward that the general thinking of future development is to base on the resources,to open up the markets,to look upon human as the basics,and to initiate the mine enterprises by science and technology.The general conception:to break through the key points,the radiation has given an impetus to economics,the net jointed the zone and the belt,the space development.In the light of above mentioned,10 major projects and 8 trades bases in large scale have been preliminarily determinated,each base has plaied as far as possible its superiorities oneself and has been carried forward as a whole ,then to complete a famous at home large nonmetal comprehensive developing base.
