我国残疾人就业问题研究热点透视

Hotspot Perspective:Research on the Employment Problem for the Disabled

采用Bicomb及SPSS软件对从我国三十年来有关残疾人就业问题研究的文献的关键词进行词频分析、共词分析,结果表明我国残疾人就业问题研究集中于残疾人就业现状及政策研究、残疾人就业影响因素研究、农村残疾人就业研究三大领域,具体聚焦于残疾人就业价值、就业途径、职业教育、就业保障体制、劳动就业权法律保障、就业影响因素调查、社会排斥、农村残疾人就业等八个热点问题。

Using the software of Bicomb and SPSS to analyze the literature on the employment problem for the disabled in term frequency and co-word analysis methods, it shows that the research relies on occupations and policies, influencing factors on jobs, employment for the handicapped in countryside. And it focuses on function, measures, vocational education, social security, rights to work, investigation of affecting factors, social exclusion, persons with disabilities in rural arabs_
