特殊教育学校教师教学效能感与工作满意度关系研究

摘要 文章以特殊教育学校教师为被试,考察了特殊教育学校教师教学效能感与工作满意度的关系。研究结果表明,特殊教育教师工作满意度的总体水平处于中等偏上,教学效能感整体水平较高。将普通学校与特殊教育学校教师进行比较后发现:普通学校教师对工作氛围与工作待遇的满意度均高于特殊教师;特殊教育学校教师的一般教学效能感和个人教学效能感显著高于普通学校教师;一般教学效能感对特殊教育教师的工作满意度具有正向预测作用。 This study selects special education school teachers as the subjects, and investigates the relationship between teaching efficacy and job satisfaction. The resuhs show that: 1. the overall level of job satisfaction of teachers in special education schools is above average, and their integral level of the sense of teaching efficacy is higher; 2. the comparison between ordinary school and special school teachers reveals that: ordinary school teachers' Satisfaction with their general work atmosphere and work treatment is higher than special teachers'; the general teaching efficacy and personal significantly higher than teachers in ordinary schools; 3. teaching efficacy of special school teachers are general teaching efficacy plays a positive and predictive role in the job satisfaction of special teachers.
