摘要
恢复曲线的研究是城市生命线恢复过程和震后减灾的重要手段 ,它揭示恢复率与震后时间的关系。文中探讨了恢复曲线图的构成及相关参数的物理意义 ,恢复过程优化的数学模型及影响优化的主要因素 (震后开始恢复时间 tf、每一恢复单元的恢复时间 ti、恢复单元数与恢复顺序等 )的分析。
The research of recovery curve is important for post quake urban lifeline recovery and disaster mitigation The curve reflects the relationship between recovery ratio and time period after earthquake The establishment of recovery curve diagram and physical sense of its correlated parameters are discussed The digital model for recovery course optimization and the factors affecting recovery course optimization (starting time of post quake recovery tf, recovery time of every recovery unit ti, the number of recovery units, and recovery sequence) are analyzed
