摘要
EAP是企业为员工设置的一套系统的、长期的福利。其核心是通过对员工的深层关怀提升员工的能力,提高员工的工作绩效,改善企业氛围与管理效能。实施EAP有助于满足中小企业的文化建设需求、心理资本需求及管理者与员工发展的心理需求。中小企业通过心理文化策略、心理资本策略和心理管理策略可进一步推进EAP的实施。
EPA is a long term, systematic welfare designed for the employees in the enterprises. With the deep con- cern for the employees, it aims to improve their performance, the efficiency of enterprise culture and management. The implementation of EPA is helpful to meet the small and medium sized enterprises' demand in culture construc- tion, physiological capital and all staffs' physiological needs. Conversely, the strategy and measurement the enter- prise adopted can promote the implementation of EPA.
