公民社会视域下新生代农民工政治参与路径分析

Analysis on Political Participation of the New Generation Migrant Worker From the Perspective of Citizen Society

新生代农民工的有序政治参与是实现人民民主、建设和谐社会和维持政治稳定的重要保障。现阶段,我国新生代农民工政治参与面临边缘化的困境。需要改革户籍制度,优化新生代农民工政治参与环境;探索多种渠道,完善新生代农民工利益表达机制;加强教育培训,提高新生代农民工的政治参与技能;创新社会管理,强化新生代农民工的组织化建设。

Orderly participation is the important guarantee for the realization of people＇ s democracy, the construction of a harmonious society and maintains the political stability. At present, China＇ s new generation of migrant workers political participation is in predicament marginalization, so it need to reform the household registration system, opti- mize the Cenozoic migrant workers condition for political participation. Other aspects like ： exploration of more chan- nels, improving the new generation of migrant workers benefit expression mechanism, strengthening education and training, improving of their political participation skills ect. need also pay adequate attention.
