摘要
荀子"礼法并重"的法律思想是封建正统法律思想的理论基础。荀子在当时的社会背景下提出的"隆礼重法"的主张和有关"人治"理论对我国现在实施依法治国方略和加强社会主义道德建设有着积极的借鉴价值,能够有效促进依法治国方略的实施与和谐社会的建设。
Xunzi＇ s Legal Thought was one important part of the history of Legal Thought in ancient China. It influ- enced the formation of the China＇ s Feudal orthodox ideology and also made the foundation of it. It was realistic and advanced in the prevailing social context. Thus objectively evaluating Xun zi＇ s Legal Thought is of great significance for us to borrow his idea and improve the construction of social rule of law in our country.
