随着中国经济的快速发展、实力的逐渐增强,社会发展逐渐步入转型性,社会矛盾凸显,如何发展越来越受到全体社会成员的重视。以科技社团为代表的非营利组织作为社会建设的重要力量,对和谐社会的建设具有重要的意义。通过对美国硅谷科技社团的发展进行分析,重点对其运营机制、发展特点进行剖析,力求探究其在发展过程中的一些成功的经验,为新时期中国科技社团的发展提出一些可以借鉴的经验。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the strength increasing gradually,the social development has been gradually entering into the period of transformation, with so many social conflicts, how to develop has been getting more and more attention hy all members of society.The association of science and technology, as the representative of the non-profit organization and an important force in the social construction, is of great significance to construction of harmonious society.This article, through the the analysis of development of the United States Silicon Valley science and technology society, mainly discusses the characteristics of the development, the operational mechanism, which strives to explore some experiences of its success in the process of development, and it will provide some experiences for the development of China Association of science and technology in the new period.
