创新人才培养模式,培养特色应用型人才,是人力资源强国转型的现实需要,更是高水平大学建设的必由之路。地方普通本科高校数学专业要以培养在素质、知识、能力等诸多方面都适应不同类型工作需要的应用型人才为主要目标。围绕这一培养目标,以学生为本,以市场需求为导向,分别从课程体系、教学模式、实践教学和评价指标等方面开展了数学专业应用型人才培养模式研究。结合我校的实际,提出完善数学专业人才培养模式的思路以供参考。

Innovating talent training mode and cultivating characteristic applied talent are not only the real needs for human resources pow- erful nation transformation, but also the necessary way for high level university construction.Applied talents are main training target of mathematics specialty at local and regular undergraduate institutions.They must satisfy the needs for the work of different types in quality, knowledge, ability and other aspects.Focusing on the training goal, taking student-oriented and regarding market demand as the guidance, the paper has studied applied talents training mode of mathematics major from the curriculum system, teaching pattern, practice teaching. Combined with the reality of our university, some ideas to perfect mathematics applied talent training mode are raised for reference.
