The Theoretical Analysis and Countermeasures Research on China's Urbanization Construction Strategy

城镇化发展目前已经被提升到一个新的战略高度。不同于城市化,城镇化更加关注中小城市、小城镇和农村的发展。两者虽仅是一字之差,却意味着不同发展路径的选择,其背后折射出中国在现代化道路上的不断思索与考量。基于对城镇化发展中突出问题和矛盾的研究,本文提出未来新型城镇化建设要推动城镇化协调发展;缓解农民边缘化、改革土地制度等对策建议。

The urbanization development has been elevated to a new strategic height. Unlike urbanization dominated by big cities, new-type urbanization pays more attention to the development of small and medium-sized cities, small towns and rural areas. Although the difference between the two is only one word, but it means different choices for development paths. It reflects constant thinking and considerations on the road to modernization. Based on the studies on the contradictions and problems in urbanization process, the paper puts forward that such countermeasures as promoting the coordinated development of urbanization, alleviating farmers marginalized and reforming the land system should be carded out to construct the new future urbanization.
