完善银行卡助农取款服务的途径探析——以新疆生产建设兵团农牧团场为例

The Analysis on the Way of Improving Farmers' Withdrawal Service with the Help of Bank Cards——A Case of the Farming & Herd Corps of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

国家为支持"三农"发展,鼓励在农村发展银行卡小额助农取款服务业务。目前,新疆兵团农牧团场金融服务条件、支付环境依然比较薄弱,团场农工日常取款难问题日趋凸显。本文从新疆兵团支付服务现状和存在问题为切入点,分析发展新疆兵团农牧团场银行卡小额助农取款服务业务的途径。

China＇s government encourages the development of farmers＇ withdrawal services with the help of bank cards in rural areas to support the agriculture, rural areas and farmers. At present, financial service conditions and payment environment of the Farming ＆ Herd Corps of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps remain relatively weak, and farm workers＇ withdrawal is not convenient there. From the present situation and existing problems which restrict the payment services, the paper analyzes the ways to develop the business of farmers＇ withdrawal services with the help of bank cards.
