中国黄海近岸海域污染分区调控研究

A Study on Zone Control and Regulation of Marine Pollution in the Coastal Area of China's Yellow Sea

海洋污染是海岸带经济系统与海域环境系统相互耦合的产物，其防治必须海陆一体，将经济系统和环境系统有机结合起来进行．本文在阐述近岸海域污染链式发生系统的基础上，通过模糊聚类，将中国黄海近岸地区分成五个区域类型，提出海陆一体、分区调控等近岸海域污染动态调控措施。

The ocean pollution is a result of the system coupling of the coastal zone economy and the sea area environment. Its prevention and control must have the sea and land integrated, and combine the systems of economy and environment. Based on this, the article elaborates the chain occurring system of the coastal zone pollution, through fuzzy olymerization, divides the near shore area of the Yellow Sea in China into five region types, and puts forward the active regulation and control measure of the nearshore ocean pollution such as sea and land integration, zone control and regulation,etc.
