摘要
我国住房公积金制度的建立和发展,对深化住房制度改革、解决城镇职工住房问题发挥了积极的作用。随着住房公积金结余数额日益增加,住房公积金制度也暴露出使用范围窄、效率低、监管机制不健全等问题。针对这些问题,应该完善住房公积金制度,提高住房公积金制度实施效力。
The building and development of China’s housing fund system has an active influence in reforming housing regulation and solving citizens’ housing problems.With the increasing of housing fund balance,some problems such occur.This paper gives some suggestions and strategies to improve the housing fund system.
