摘要
教育目标的含糊不统一、教学与科研的失衡、教育结果的不确定性是大学内部影响教师投身教学改革的主要因素。为此,大学应确定明确一致的大学教育目标,针对不同情况采取相应的策略和措施来平衡教学与科研之间的关系,微观制定各教学环节的质量标准以进一步细化和落实教育目标。
The main factors affecting university teachers to join the teaching reform includes the ambiguity of educational objectives,the imbalance of teaching and research,and the uncertainty of educational results.Therefore,universities should establish clear and consistent educational objectives,take appropriate policies and measures according to different situations to balance the relationship between teaching and research,and micro-teaching quality standard should be formulated in order to further refine and implement educational objectives.
