素质教育背景下大学图书馆资料室建设的思考

全面推进素质教育,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的优秀人才,是21世纪高等教育的重要目标。大学图书馆、资料室作为高校的文化信息中心,在教育过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。应新时期素质教育的要求,高校图书馆必须从更新文献资源建设的理念、构建信息素质教育体系、强化"以人为本"的管理模式、发挥资料室的特色作用、注重工作人员素质的提高等方面大力加强自身的建设,从而在大学素质教育中充分发挥其独特的教育功能。

To promote quality education,foster an innovative spirit and practival ability of talents is an important goal of higher education in the 21st century.Universty libraries and their reference rooms,as the cultural information center,play an irreplaceable role in education process.As the quality education in the new era requires,university libraries should update the concept of literature resource constructon,build information education system,strengthen the ＂people-oriented＂ management mode and improve the qulity of staff to strengthen its self-constructon,and thus perform its unique educational function in the quality education of university.
