A Research on Adaptability Education for Freshmen

面对新的环境和学习任务的较大变化,大多数大学新生在思想上、心理上会产生诸多的困惑和矛盾,导致他们出现许多不适应的现象。特别是近年来大学新生中独生子女人数的不断增加,新生入学后的适应性问题愈加突出,已经引起了学校乃至社会上的广泛关注。重视大学新生的适应性问题,切实做好入学教育工作,帮助他们顺利地渡过适应期,尽快地完成角色转变,是当前高校学生管理教育工作中一项十分重要的工作。

confronted with great changes of new environment and learning tasks, most freshmen feel confused and contradictory inwardly and fail to adapt to them. In particular, there have been more and more only children in recent years in universities and the adaptability problem become increasingly highlighted, which arouses wide concern of universities and the society. It becomes an ex-tremely important work for management and education of college students to focus on adaptability of freshmen, put entrance education into practice and help them get through the adaptive phase successfully and change the role quickly.
