摘要
为实现装甲车辆柴油机汽缸工作状态的检测,在12V280zJ柴油机台架上采用断缸的方法进行失火故障模拟试验,测量了柴油机在正常工作和失火状态下一个工作循环内的机体振动信号。利用局域波分解方法对柴油机振动信号进行了时频分析,获得了Hilbert时频谱和边际谱。并对柴油机在不同工作状态下振动信号的时频谱进行了分析,对各缸段的振动信号频率变化进行了统计分析,计算了频率偏差,并分析了其在不同工作状态下的变化趋势。分析结果表明,利用各缸段振动信号频率变化的偏差可以对柴油机工作不均匀性进行判别。
To achieve armored vehicle diesel cylinder working condition detection, we do misfire fault simulation experiment in 12V280ZJ diesel engine bench using off-cylinder method, measure a work cycle body vibration signal of diesel engine under normal operation and misfire conditions. We use local wave decomposition method to do time-frequency analysis for diesel engine vibration, obtain time-frequency spectrum and Hilbert marginal spectrum. We analyze time-frequency spectrum of the vibration signal when diesel in different working conditions, statistically analyze changes of vibration signal frequency from each cylinder segment, calculate the frequency deviation, analyze the change trend under different working conditions. The results show that deviation from changes of vibration signal frequency from each cylinder segment can judge the working diesel engine's unevenness.
