摘要
以高效液相色谱法测定锁阳中熊果酸含量。采用WondaSil C18分析柱4.6nm×150nm,5μm,流动相:甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(80∶15∶5),流速:1ml/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长210nm,外标法定量。熊果酸的保留时间为15.239min。熊果酸进样量在0.841~8.096mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,其中熊果酸平均回收率为93.90%~98.78%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。测得锁阳中熊果酸含量为0.466%~1.034%,此分析方法简单快捷,高效灵敏,重现性好。
A determination method of ursolic acid in Cynomorium songaricum by reversed phase high performanceliquid chromatography was established. Using a WondaSail Cls(4.6nm× 150nm, 5μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric aeid-acetonitrile(80:15:5 ), flow rate=lmL/min and temperature T=35℃.The detection wave length was at 210nm. With the range of 0.841-8.096μg for ursolic acid had good linearity. The average recovery was 96.54% , RSD=1.8%(n=6). The concentration of ursolic acid in Cynomorium songaricum at 0.466-1.034%, the method is higher accurate, simple and precise.
