摘要 液质联用技术兼具高效液相色谱的强分离分析能力及质谱的高灵敏度,该技术可以提供丰富的化合物及结构片段信息,是研究中药微量成分的利器。传统千金子是大戟科植物续随子的成熟干燥种子,二萜类成分是千金子的主要成分类型之一。为了研究千金子的微量二萜类成分,本文以千金子素2为研究对象,总结其质谱裂解规律。 LC-MS technique is supplied with strong separation and analysis capabilities of I-IPLC and high sensitivity of the mass spectrometry. LC-MS can provide compounds molecular weight and rich structure fragment information, which make LC-MS being as a powerful tool to investigate trace components of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Lathyrane diterpenoids are main constituents of Caper Euphorbia Seed, dry mature seeds of the Euphorbia lathyris L. In this article, mass fragmentation pattern of Euphorbia Factor L2 was summarized.
