65例股骨骨折髓内针疗效分析

65 cases of femoral intramedullary pin fracture curative effect analysis

目的:探讨应用交锁髓内针治疗股骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取65例我院收治的股骨骨折患者,皆给予切开复位交锁髓内针进行治疗。结果:本组患者皆痊愈出院,其中优良率达98.46%。本组患者中,有1例在手术治疗结束后的第二天发生髂深静脉血栓,经过积极对症治疗2周后,已经痊愈,其他患者未发生断钉断针、褥疮、脂栓以及感染等并发症。结论:应用交锁髓内针治疗股骨骨折可有效提高临床疗效,感染率低,骨折愈合快,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the application in the clinical curative effect of interlocking intramedullary needle treatment of temoral fractures. Methods： Select 65 cases of femoral fractures patients of our hospital, were given open reduction and interlocking intramedullary needle treatment. Results： all the patients recovered discharge, which is 98.46%. This group of patients, 1 case of patients after surgical treatment of iliae deep vein thrombosis, 2 clays after the symptomatic treatment after 2 weeks, already heal, the other patients, there was no broken nail breakage, bedsore, lipid suppository and complications such as infection. Conclusion： the application/interlocking intramedullary needle treat-ment of femoral fractures can effectively improve the clinical curative effect, low infection rate, fracture healing fast, treatment is a safe, reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
