16例脑干肿瘤的显微外科治疗体会

Experience of microsurgical treatment of 16 cases of brain stem tumor

目的:进一步探讨脑干肿瘤的临床特点、手术入路的选择、手术经验及疗效。方法:总结1995年2月～2009年2月在中日联谊医院收治的16例经显微外科治疗的脑干肿瘤患者的临床病例。并对不同类型、不同性质的肿瘤,选择不同的手术入路及手术技巧。结果:肿瘤全切11例,大部或部分切除5例,术后病理包括星型细胞瘤7例、室管膜瘤3例、血管母细胞瘤3例、转移癌2例,胶质母细胞瘤1例。术后2例患者死亡,其余患者均有不同程度的神经功能改善。结论:对于不同类型的脑干肿瘤,选择合适的手术入路,结合精湛的手术技艺可以获得良好的疗效,延长患者生命。

objective To further explore the clinical features of brain stem tumor, operation approaches, operation experience and effect. methods Summarizing sixteen clinical cases of brain stem tumor treated by microsurgical treatment in China-Japan Union Hospital. For different types, different nature of the tumor, choose different operation approach and skillso Results Tumors were totally removed in 11 cases, most or partial resection in 5 cases,postoperative pathology including 7 eases of astrocytoma, 3 cases of ependymoma, 3 eases of hemangioblastoma, 2 eases of metastatic careinoma, 1 cases of gliohlastoma.Conclusinns For different types of stem tumor, choose appropriate operation approach, combined with the operation skill can obtain good effect, prolong the life of patients.
