福州市文化创意产业政策探析——基于文化创意产业园区及企业的调查与思考

THE ANALYSIS OF FUZHOU CULTURAL AND CREATIVE INDUSTRY POLICY——BASED ON THE INVESTIGATION OF FUZHOU CULTURAL AND CREATIVE INDUSTRIAL PARKS AND ENTERPRISES

在国家宏观政策的引导下,福州市政府先后颁布实施了《福州市加快文化创意产业发展的意见》等一系列政策来促进文化创意产业的发展。本文立足于福州市文化创意产业政策的现状调查,指出其存在的主要问题,借助访谈取得的书面记录和问卷调查取得的数据等资料进行分析,提出了一些对策措施和建议。

Guiding by the national macro policy,Fuzhou government has promulgated a series of policies such as＂Proposals for Speeding up the Development of Cultural Creative Industry in Fuzhou＂to promote the development of cultural and creative industries.This article based on the present situation investigation of Fuzhou cultural and creative industries policy,pointed out the main problems that it existed,analyzed by means of the written records and obtained the data of questionnaires and interviews,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
