摘要
药品的使用直接关系到人的身体健康和生命安全。近年不断发生的药品安全事故、虚假药品广告泛滥及药品价格虚高等问题暴露出我国药品监管所存在的漏洞。我们可以从以下几个方面来完善药品监管:一是建立独立的药品监管体系;二是健全药品监管的法律法规;三是构建现代化的全方位监管模式。
The use of drugs is directly related to people＇s health and life safety, drug safety incidents, the proliferation of false drug ad- vertising and inflated drug prices continue to occur in recent years. And these exposed China＇s drug regulation loopholes. We can re- form by the following aspects： First, it is necessary to build a complete drug regulatory body;Second, it is necessary to improve the drug regulatory laws and regulations; Third, we must build a modern regulatory mode for full range.
