摘要
切实保护和合理充分利用现有的基本农田，事关我国经济发展、社会稳定的大计，基于各种原因，目前存在着较为严重的违规占用基本农田的现象。本文通过抽样调查，以小见大，试图反映我国现阶段农村基本农田利用的现状，分析了违规占用基本农田的原因，并提出较为切实可行的解决措施。
The effective protection and rational, full use of existing basic farmland matters to China＇s economic development and social stability plans. However, for various reasons, there is relatively serious illegal occupation of basic farmland. With a sample survey, this paper attempts to reflect China＇s current status of the use of basic farmland in rural areas and to analyze its causes, and finally proposes some practical solutions.
