摘要
视觉检测技术作为一种新型的测量手段,具有很多其他测量方法所无可比拟的优点,因而被广泛应用于仪器仪表领域。采用DSP完成对图像信息的采集和分析处理,大大提升了产品的智能化水平和集成度。本文在详尽地介绍了以DM6437为核心的硬件视觉平台基础上,论述了应用该平台所开展的自动对焦、硬度压痕自动识别测量的研究工作。作为智能化水平的象征,论文采用爬山法,通过建立评价函数,自动搜索图像的正焦位置,取得了较好的视觉效果。作为一项产品功能需求,论文采用梯度统计剔除和聚类分析相结合的算法,较好地将硬度压痕与背景信息相剥离,从而实现自动测量的目的,并给出了详细系统标定的测量结果。为了提高有效测量精度,论文的最后一部分介绍了基于OV2640传感器研制高分辨率测量平台的工作成果。
As a new measurement method, the visual test technology is widely used in the instrument field. The hardware design of visual measurement platform based on DM6437 is introduced in this paper. The research about autofocus, hardness indentation measurement, OV2640 CMOS is elaborated in detail. As the symbol of intellectualized level, the platform uses the arithmetic of mountain climbing to search the best focusing position. As an important function of product, the method of gradient statistics combined with clustering analysis are used to separate the hardness indentation from the background. As a new CMOS sensor, OV2640 is used in order to improve the precision of the platform. At the same time, the satisfactory result and data are received.
