摘要
MM-W1B立式万能摩擦磨损试验机是济南时代试金试验机有限公司摩擦磨损研发部最新研制的一种全部电气自主知识产权的高端摩擦磨损试验机,该系统响应快,控制精度高,集机械、电子、微机控制于一体,外观新颖,功能齐全。本文介绍了如何用ARM微电子技术和PC计算机数据处理技术对MM-W1B立式万能摩擦磨损试验机实现数据采集与双显双控,使该试验机测控技术达到一个新的高度。
MM-W1B vertical universal friction-wear testing machine is a high-end friction-wear testing machine newly produced by Jinan TIME Shijin Testing Machine Co. , Ltd. The testing ma- chine integrates machinery, electron and PC control, and the appearance of MM-W1B is novel, the function of MM-W1B is complete. It is described that how to use micro electron technology and computer data processing technology to realize data acquisition and dual display-control of MM-W1B vertical universal friction-wear testing machine. The test precision and control technology of MM-W1B are enhanced to a new level, and MM-W1B can meet various requirements.
