摘要
本文主要研究了基于平衡计分卡的水电施工企业的绩效评价体系。首先介绍了研究的意义、目的,以及国内外的研究现状。然后,以某水电施工企业为例,基于平衡计分卡设计了具体的绩效评价指标。最后,提出了促进水电施工企业有效运用平衡计分卡的建议。
The balanced scorecard based performance evaluation system of hydropower construction enterprise is mainly studied herein. Firstly, the significance and purpose of this study as well as the study status at home and abroad are described, and then the specific indexes for the performance evaluation are designed based on balanced scorecard by taking a hydropower construction enterprise as the study case, finally, some suggestions to promote the effective application of the balanced scorecard to hydropow- er construction enterprise are put forward as well.
