摘要
为了解KYT&E管理体系在大渡河检修公司的实施效果,进行了相关研究,建立了对KYT&E管理体系评价模型,并对评价方法、步骤进行了设定。为了能够对KYT&E管理体系进行全面评价,在了解企业的实际情况并充分考虑专家意见的基础上选择综合使用层次分析法(AHP)与模糊评价法,最后列出KYT&E管理体系实施效果的评价结果。本研究对发现管理体系中存在的问题也具有一定的参考价值。
In order to know about the effect of the KYT&E management system implemented in Maintenance and Installation Branch of Guodian Dadu River Basin Hydropower Development Co. , Ltd. , the relevant study is made and then a model for evalu- ation of the KYT&E management system is established herein, furthermore, the method and process of the evaluation are set up as well. Based on the actual status of the enterprise and full consideration of the advices from the experts concerned, the integrat- ed use of both the method of analytic hierarchical process(AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method is selected, so as to make a compre- hensive evaluation on the KYT&E management system. Finally, the result of the evaluation on the effect of the implementation of the system is listed. Moreover, this study has a certain reference value for finding out the problems in KYT&E management sys- tem.
