大渡河流域水电站精益检修的应用与实践

Application and practice of lean maintenance for hydropower stations within Daduhe River Basin

针对大渡河流域水电站群检修模式,结合水电检修企业检修业务发展的需求,将精益生产的理论和思想引入水电设备检修工作中。通过对检修现场管理以及质量管理等的实际推行,充分证实了在水电站实施精益检修的可行性和有效性。

In allusion to the mode of the maintenance for the hydropower stations within Daduhe River Basin, the theory and con- cept of lean production are introduced into the maintenance of the hydropower equipment. Through the actual implementation of the in situ maintenance management and the quality control, the feasibility and availability of the lean maintenance applied to the hydropower stations are fully confirmed.
