蔬菜和水果中多菌灵的QuEChERS前处理高效液相色谱检测法 被引量:4

Determination of carbendazim in vegetables and fruits by QuEChERS-HPLC

摘要 目的建立测定蔬菜和水果中多菌灵的灵敏快速高效液相色谱方法。方法蔬菜和水果样品捣碎匀浆后用乙腈提取其中的多菌灵,采用QuEChERS方法进行净化后氮气吹扫浓缩,用流动相溶解后进样测定。采用Waters XBridgeTMC18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-水(1+1)为流动相等度洗脱,检测波长为286 nm。结果样品中多菌灵在0.1~5.0μg/ml范围内线性关系性良好,相关系数r为0.999,检出限为0.01 mg/kg,高、中、低不同水平的加标回收率在83.0%~94.0%之间,精密度在3.0%~9.1%之间。结论该方法用于检测蔬菜、水果中多菌灵残留量,快速简便、灵敏、准确。 [ Objective ] To establish a method for determinating carbendazim in vegetables and fruits by HPLC. [ Methods ] The carbendazim was extracted from vegetables and fruits by acetonitrile after smash and homogenization. After purified by QuEChERS, the eluate was concentrated by nitrogen purge, separated by isocratic gradient with methanol water mixed solution on Waters XBridgeTM C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column and determined with UV detection at wavelength of 286 nm. [Results] The method had a good linearship in range of 0. 1-5. 0 μg/ml and the detection limits was 0. 01 mg/kg. The recoveries of the method were 83% -94%, the relative standard derivation were from 3.0% -9.1%. [ Conclusion] The method is simple, sensitive and accurate in determination of carbendazim residues in vegetables and fruits.
