摘要
目的分析对太阳能电池生产线机械噪声暴露水平测定过程中的不确定度,明确影响测定准确性的主要因素。方法找出测定过程中各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度以及扩展不确定度。结果 LAeq,T=(84.0±0.9)dB(A),k=2。结论在各分量不确定度中,方向偏差和测量重复性引入的不确定度对测量结果的不确定度的贡献较大。噪声测定过程中,要做好对测定对象的分组,提高测定对象的同质性,以降低测量不确定度。
[ Objective] To analyze the uncertainty in measuring noise exposure levels of solar cell production line, and identify the main factors influencing the measurement accuracy. [ Methods] Uncertainty components were identified. Combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were ca/culated. [ Results ] LAeq, :r = ( 84.0 + 0.9 }dB ( A), k = 2. [ Conclusion ] Of all components, deviation of direetivity and measurement reproducibility contributes most to the uncertainty o f the test results. In the measurement process, the grouping of objects should be made well and the homogeneity should be improved to reduce the measurement uncertainty.
