天津市CT机使用质量控制检测结果

Detection results of application quality control of CT machine in Tianjin

目的保证天津市现运行CT机的影像质量,进一步加强对大型医用设备使用质量的监测和监管。方法采用国家标准《X射线计算机断层摄影装置质量保证检测规范》(GB 17589-2011)规定的性能检测指标、检测方法及评价方法。结果通过对87台CT机性能检测结果分析得知,全部10项检测指标合格率均在78%以上,6项检测指标合格率达到100%。结论天津市现运行CT机的总体性能状况良好,部分医院更新了原不合格的CT机,使全市CT机总体应用质量有所提高。

[Objective]To ensure the image quality of the operating CT machine in Tianjin, further strengthen the monitoring and supervision of the application quality of large medical equipments. [ Methods]The performance indicators, testing methods and evaluation methods of the Specifications for quality assurance test for computed tomography X-ray scanners （ GB 17589-2011 ） were adopted. [ Results] A total of 87 CT machines were tested, the results showed that the qualified rates of all 10 indexes were higher than 78% , and the qualified rates of 6 detection indexes reached 100%. [ Conclusion] The overall performance of the operating CT machine in Tianjin is in good condition. Some hospitals have updated the unqualified CT machines, so as to improve the overall ap- plication quality of CT machine in Tianjin.
