深圳市龙岗区健康危害监测信息系统评价

Evaluation on Health hazards monitoring information system in Longgang District of Shenzhen City

目的了解健康危害监测信息系统在深圳市龙岗区的使用情况和评价系统使用者对该系统的认可程度。方法在深圳市龙岗区8家职业病防治机构开展问卷调查,系统使用人员对系统的使用进行评分,指标为系统的可接受性、可操作性、主观真实性和主观满意度等方面,按照操作者对系统的认同程度由高到低进行打分,从而评价系统使用者对健康危害监测信息系统的认可程度。结果系统使用者平均每次登陆系统停留的时间约为30 min,经常(每周)登录管理系统的使用者占26.9%,69.3%的主要系统使用者平均15 d或者更长时间登录1次健康危害监测信息系统。系统使用者根据自身的使用感觉,对健康危害监测信息系统可接受性的总体评分为4.2分(满分5分,下同),可操作性的总体评分为4.1分,主观真实性的总体评分为3.9分,主观满意性的总体评分为3.5分。结论深圳市健康危害监测信息系统使用者对该系统的操作简便性认可度较高,但对系统的主观真实性、接受性和主观满意性的评价稍差。

[ Objective ] To understand the application situation of the Health hazards monitoring information system in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, evaluate the users＇ acceptance toward this system. [ Methods ] The questionnaire survey was conducted in 8 institutes of occupational disease control and prevention in Longgang District of Shenzhen City. The scores were assessed by users of this system, which the indexes included acceptability, operability, subjective reality and subjective satisfaction. The scores were assessed according to the users＇acceptance from high to low, so as to evaluate the users＇acceptance toward the Health hazards monitoring information system. [ Results ] The average retention time was 30 min at every login. 26.9% of users have often （ every week） visited the system, and 69.3% of users visited the system every 15 days or more. Based on the users＇self feeling, the total scores of acceptability, operability, subjective reality and subjective satisfaction was 4. 2, 4. 1, 3.9 and 3.5, respectively. [ Conclusion] The users show higher acceptance toward the operation simplicity of the Health hazards monitoring information system in Shenzhen City. However, the subjective reality, acceptability and subjective satisfaction are not satisfactory.
