摘要
欣都龙城超高层塔楼采用混合框架-型钢混凝土核心筒-伸臂桁架的混合结构体系。利用避难(设备)层,共设置3道加强层以提高结构整体抗侧刚度,加强层同时设置伸臂桁架与腰桁架。采用两个相互独立的不同力学模型的软件对关键部位与构件进行了精细分析与性能设计,对结构整体进行了弹性和弹塑性动力时程分析,保证抗震设防目标与多道防线的实现。并对高烈度区超高层结构设计提出了建议。
Xindu Loong City super-tall building adopts hybrid structural system of concrete-filled steel column and steel beam frame-steel reinforced concrete core wall-outriggers.To enhance the lateral stiffness,3 strengthened stories with outriggers and belt trusses are set.Precise analysis and performance design of critical parts and members were carried out by 2 independent softwares.Elastic analysis and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis of the structure were conducted to fulfill the seismic performance objectives and seismic fortification requirements.Design suggestions are provided for super-tall structures in high-level earthquake fortification zones.
