母猪粪便孕酮酶免疫测定法的建立及其初步应用 被引量:2

摘要 粪样中孕酮含量是判断母猪卵巢机能状态的重要指标。本试验建立了粪样孕酮酶免法:检测灵敏度为0.2 ng/mL,回收率为95.78%,板内和板间变异系数分别为6.8%(n=9)和11.23%(n=8),用50%置换法测得孕酮抗体与雌二醇、雌三醇、雌酮交叉反应率均小于0.01%,与睾酮交叉反应率为0.35%。将该方法用于测定母猪粪样中孕酮含量。结果表明:所建立的方法简便实用,可以用于母猪发情检查、妊娠诊断及卵巢机能监控。
