浅谈中西医结合治疗重度混合痔患者的临床分析

Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on Severe Mixed Hemorrhoid Patients Clinical Analysis

目的:为探讨和总结中西医结合治疗重度混合痔患者的临床疗效和经验。方法:目前临床治疗以手术治疗为主,多采用痔环切术和环形混合痔外剥内扎术。我院肛肠科采用痔上粘膜环切术(PPH术),同时用除湿活血汤坐浴治疗Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度环形混合痔,通过中西医结合的疗法,并抽取对2011～2012年来我院就诊的60例患者治疗效果进行分析。结果:本组60例患者全部治愈,术后无重大并发症发生,患者症状均基本消失。结论:通过中西医结合治疗重度混合痔的方法取得了显著的临床疗效。

Objective： To explore and summary of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoid patients clinical curative effect and experience.Methods： The clinical treatment to surgical treatment is given priority to use more hemorrhoid ring cutting technique and ring mixed hemorrhoid external strip and internal firm operation.Our hospital courtyard anus bowel division using piles on mucosal ring cutting technique（PPH surgery）.At the same time use the dehumidification invigorate the circulation of blood soup sitz bath treatment Ⅲ degree,Ⅳ degree ring mixed hemorrhoid.Through the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy.And draw on 2011~2012 years of our medical sixty patients treatment effect were analyzed.Results： Through the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoid method has obtained the remarkable clinical curative effect.Conclusion： Through Integrative treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids method achieved significant clinical efficacy.
