颅骨缺损患者再次颅脑创伤治疗方法研究(附16例报告)

Study on The Treatment of Head Trauma Patients with Skull Defect

目的:分析颅骨缺损患者再次颅脑创伤的临床特点与治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院1999年3月至2011年12月间我院收治的颅骨缺损后再次发生颅脑创伤的16例患者临床资料,随访患者6个月,分析其临床特点和治疗结果。结果:与普通颅脑损伤相比,颅骨缺损再次发生颅脑损伤患者致伤原因轻、伤情重、病情轻、疗效好,9例神经功能能够恢复至二次受伤前水平,恢复良好,4例神经功能较二次受伤前水平稍差,恢复较好,3例神经功能差于二次受伤前水平差,恢复差,其中2例出现肢体偏瘫。结论:对于颅骨缺损再次发生颅脑损伤的患者应针对不同的致伤部位和损伤程度采取不同的治疗方法,临床疗效较好。

Objective：To analyse the clinical characteristics and treatment of head trauma patients with skull defect.Methods：A retrospective study of clinical data of 16 brain injury patients with skull defect in our hospital from March 1999 to september 2011.All the patirents were followed up for 6 months.Results： Compared with ordinary head trauma patients,the head trauma patients with skull defect the injure causes was mild,the injure was serious,the disease was mild and the clinical effect was good.Neurological function for 9 cases of brain injury patients with skull defect could return to pre-injury level and had good recovery.4 cases had worse neurological function recovery and 3 cases had bad recovery.2 case among them had unilateral limb function.Conclusion：Different treatment should be taken for different injure position and degree of the brain injury patients with skull defect,the curative effect.
