探讨肾脏交感神经射频消融术临床效应研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 1肾脏交感神经射频消融术的降压效果 对于RSD的安全性还有有效性的探讨,来自于Symplicity的实验当中。这次试验有着多中心、前瞻性以及随机性的特点,将24个中心的106例顽固性高血压患者以自愿为原则纳入实验当中,术后进行随访6个月。结果显示,经过RSD治疗的患者相比起传统治疗的患者来说,血压有了明显的降低,两组之间的数据有着显著的差异(P〈0.0001),
