摘要
目的:研究和探讨采用蒽环类药物对乳腺癌患者实施化疗,对于心肌的毒性影响,为临床化疗提供耐受用治疗方案提供依据。方法:以我院收治的乳腺癌化疗患者为研究对象,根据患者化疗方案不同分为三组(EC、AC、TC),对各组患者在化疗期间,通过彩超对患者心脏形态及功能进行评价。结果:2个治疗周期后,EC组19例,有3例出现心肌毒性,AC组18例,有3例出现心肌毒性,TC组18例,1例出现心肌毒性。4个治疗周期后,EC组5例出现心肌毒性,AC组5例出现心肌毒性,TC组1例出现心肌毒性。结论:三种治疗方法中,与TC方案比较,EC、AC治疗方案中含蒽环类药物对乳腺癌患者化疗中的心肌毒性影响较为明显(P<0.05)。EC与AC方案对患者心肌毒性比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Objective: To investigate the implementation of breast cancer patients with anthracycline chemotherapy,the toxic effects of myocardial tolerance treatment programs provide the basis for clinical chemotherapy.Methods: In our hospital for the study of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy,according to different chemotherapy regimens in patients divided into three groups(EC,AC,TC),for each group of patients during chemotherapy,the patient via ultrasound to evaluate cardiac morphology and function.Results: After two treatment cycles,EC group of 19 cases,3 cases of myocardial toxicity AC group,18 patients,three cases of cardiac toxicity,TC group,18 patients,1 case of myocardial toxicity.After four treatment cycles,EC 5 cases of myocardial toxicity AC group 5 patients had myocardial toxicity,TC group patients had myocardial toxicity.Conclusion: The three treatment methods,compared with the TC program,EC,AC regimen containing anthracycline myocardial toxicity in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy more significant(P0.05).EC and AC program of cardiac toxicity in patients with no significant difference(P 0.05).
