琥珀酸氢化可的松联合低剂量丙种球蛋白治疗儿童过敏性紫癜疗效体会

The Clinical Experience of Curing Children Henoch-Schonlein Purpura by Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate and Low Dose Immunoglobulin

目的:探讨琥珀酸氢化可的松联合低剂量丙种球蛋白治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的效果。方法:分析我院儿童过敏性紫癜临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组(普通治疗组)30例和观察组(琥珀酸氢化可的松联合低剂量丙种球蛋白治疗组)30例。结果:观察组临床症状改善和临床疗效均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:琥珀酸氢化可的松联合低剂量丙种球蛋白治疗儿童过敏性紫癜临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得应用。

Objective： To approach clinical result of curing children Henoch-Schonlein purpura by hydrocortisone sodium succinate and low dose immunoglobulin.Methods：To analyze clinical data of children Henoch-Schonlein purpura,which was to be divided into control group（ordinary treatment group） in 30 cases and observation group（hydrocortisone succinate combined with low dose gamma globulin treatment group of 30 cases）.Results：The improvement of clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect of observation group were better than control group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinlcal symptom of curing children Henoch-Schonlein purpura by hydrocortisone sodium succinate and low dose immunoglobulin,the result was good,which was to be used.
